All webinar registrations and digital product purchases made through SA Clinique are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

In such cases, a refund will not be issued; however, participants will not lose the value of their registration.
If you experience any technical difficulty accessing the webinar, please contact us immediately at hello@saclinique.com and we will make every effort to provide you with alternative access to the content. Technical issues do not entitle a participant to a refund.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting SA Clinique is a violation of these terms. In such cases, SA Clinique reserves the right to permanently revoke your access to webinar content and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate channels.
